Remove Shouts From My Userpage?

Go to the Control Panel and open the Manage Page Shouts link under the Management heading on the left side of the page. Click on it and you will be presented with a list of shouts currently listed on your own user page. To remove shouts, click on the box next to the user's name and go down the bottom and click on update.
